In the past 10 years, I have been on six continents. All I have to do is dream up an adventure, and Cheryl finds a way to make it happen. My brother and I had a plan to follow in the footsteps of our grandfather through China. Cheryl found a way and then suggested a trip through Nepal into Tibet and then on in to China. Cheryl has provided me with consistent service and attention for years now.  In addition to making all of my travel arrangements, she keeps track of the many moving parts associated with my various travel related accounts and facts, thus freeing me from having to deal with these important minutae. I can usually just email the details and constraints of a particular trip, or changes to a trip, and she will assemble a set of options for me to choose in a timely and painless manner. My itineraries and all related facts like car and hotel show up in my email and my mobile calendar so all I have to do is go.

Cheryl deals with the many changes in my plans quickly and negotiates the complex waters of who-you-gonna-call so I can focus on my business, and not the business of getting there. This is key for me.  My plans are always changing. When I am on the road, I usually don't have an easy way to make these change directly myself. Cheryl handles all this for me. Thanks.

When logging 100.000+ flight miles a year, it doesn't take long to realize that sites like Expedia or Orbitz are relatively slow, inflexible, and not always the best routing or pricing.
